[cobalt-security] Win2k Pro Security Issues?

My school is currently running linux on all of its servers, but we are 
looking at expanding to the new lineup of Windows 2000 to handle everything 
except mail, that is what our cube is here for.  Now I have one computer 
running Win2k Pro and for some reason I am able to browse the cube through 
network neighborhood without any passwords.  But the strange thing is that 
Win2k *sometimes* asks for a password and won't browse without one.  So, I 
thought I might have accidentally deleted the admin password and so i jumped 
on my win98 computer and it asks me for a password, even my linux machine 
asks for one.  Can anybody confirm this, or know what the problem might be?
