[cobalt-security] XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/admin ?

Hello All,

When I set up a virtual account on our companies new RaQ3 with it's own
unique static-IP, it seems to me that the web-based admin system should
be accessible by typing in that new IP number + the /admin.  As in,

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/admin

This unfortunately does not work however... and I'm wondering why?  I
need to be able to do this for a client who needs to be able to develop
a site "behind curtains" for a bit before switching their sites internic
registration settings over to our server...

Any comments would be greatly appreciated...
