Silly question when I ftp I use my admin user name, when I try to go into the individual sites "logs" I get a 550 logs: permission denied, any workaround for that one? You can get the log in quite a few ways... If you are trying to get the access log for the entire RaQ, you can log into the server administration pages, and go to: site usage -> web Then at the bottom you will see a link to 'Download Log File'. You can also ftp in as admin and grab the file from /var/log/httpd/ You can also get just the logs for individual sites in the same manner as described above with web access, but logging into the site administrator pages instead of the server administrator pages. But if you want to ftp the logs for the individual sites, you need to ftp into /home/sites/<sitename>/logs/ and grab the web.log file.
