Re: [cobalt-security] consistently pounded



This is just a lead...but I think with mod_perl one can implement some kind
of "throttling"...
possibly the book on it has an example..

Just checked the book "Writing Apache  Modules in C and Perl": pg 679
mentions
"mod_throttle" and "mod_bandwidth".
