[cobalt-security] Security Expert Wanted!

Hi, we are looking for a qualified security expert to help us secure our new 
GUI for the Raq3. We need someone who knows the in's and out's of system 
security. He must know how to use and integrate security features using:
apache
apache modules
perl/cgi scripts
forms
http_referer
remote_user
system shadow password files
frames

This person must also be good with other people and must co-operate in a
