I've had a few problems with our RaQ3 since we installed the patch - it
keeps occassionally ignoring telnet, ssh and ftp connections, but
continues to recieve apache web requests without problem.  This is either
an issue with the patch, or with our bandwidth provider, and I'll have to
look into it.
