Just want to take the time to point out that though everyone I've dealt
with persoanlly at Cobalt has been extremely helpful (though of course
limited in what they could and couldn't do), Jeff Lovell has been
absolutely the most helpful Cobalt employee I've come across; he's
always gone out of his way to help me in any way he could.  (I hope he
doesn't lose his job over this "attaboy" but if he does, I'd hire him in
a heartbeat <smile>.)
