RaQ3-Update-OS-3.0. The symptom was that the DNS server would not start if
the machine was assigned more than sixty IP addresses."

It's also worth noting that named in the latest OS update is remotely
DoS'able - although I wouldn't have thought this would cause a kenrel
panic.
