RE: [cobalt-security] I tried..

Check the call logs. I can give you my serial number if you like. I gave the
tech all of the information. It was a couple of months ago so I am not sure
exactly what information I gave him but I know I gave him everything because
I was upset that I got hacked by this program. I am currently searching my
server for the actual program. I think I kept it around.
Called Cobalt back after not hearing from them in a week (back then) and
the tech said he found the program, and would try to have a patch up for it
the next day. Another week went by and the tech said he hasn't heard
anything about the fix yet and he will get back to me. Guess what, he never
did get back to me and I have heard nothing about a fix for this.
I will get the program. If anyone wants it to test on their system,
e-mail me tom@xxxxxxxxxxx and I will hand it out. I guess the best way to
get a response is to make it a threat.

This is the first I have heard of it.

I would appreciate a more detailed description of the
'hack' if you are able to provide it. I haven't heard
from technical support about any thing closely resembling
what you are seeing.

I need more details than just "an underground hack".
