Well,
  If you remember what I said about that little program that I alerted
Cobalt about a couple of months ago.
 I FOUND IT.
 I now have it in my possession (Had it archived). If anyone would like it,
E-MAIL ME. I will e-mail you with a URL..
(Please put CobaltRooter in the subject so I can distinguish the mail)

 WARNING: When I used this on my system it did give a normal user root but
it also stopped me from adding users in the future. I had to restore from a
backup to get the system to work properly again. I am only handing this out
so Sys. Admins can secure their box. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I know it works on Raq2's. Not sure about 3's so try it out and let us know.
I have tried it on 3 Raq2's and it worked on all of them. I tried it on most
versions of RedHat and It did not work so it looks like a Cobalt Specific
Bug.
