Jeff,

Qpopper 3.0.2 is NOT loging successfull POP logins to the /var/log/maillog
file on my RAQ3. Therefore POP-before-SMTP will never work even if it
recognizes the new log entry. I just installed the new POP-before_SMTP 1.2-3
and it doesn't work.

As you stated in a previous message, Cobalt's compile options for Qpopper
3.0.2 did not include "--enable-log-login". I believe this option is
necessary for Qpopper to log incoming connections.

Should I download the qpopper 3.0.2 RPM for the RAQ4's? I installed qpopper
3.0.2 from the experimental pkg file for the Raq3.

Am I the only one getting this behavior?

A new version of POP--before-SMTP is available.  This version
addresses the logging changes in the new version of Qpopper.
A special thanks goes out to Michael Zimmermann for writing
a diff to our current version.

This version does NOT contain the qpopper-3.0.2 rpm, but it
dependent upon it being installed on the system.  If you have
not installed the qpopper this version will not install.  If you
have chosen to wait for the official release of the qpopper update,
a note upon release will mention that this newer version is available.
If you have any comments or problems with this version of
POP-before-SMTP, please notify Jeff Lovell <jlovell@xxxxxxxxxx>.
