Hello all,

I am installing netsaint on a Raq 3 and have run into a bit of a problem. 
NetSaint uses ping to determine if a given host is "alive" by pinging it
every so often.  It appears as though ping can only be executed as root. 
I have verified that the permissions are set correctly (755) but for some
unknown reason the user "admin" cannot use the ping command.   Any help on
this would be greatly appreciated.
