Right.

Have a look in the users home directory.  Do they have a '.procmailrc'
file?  If they do, delete it.  The file might not be visible because of
the . prefix.

Additionally, check the file '/etc/aliases' on the server, and look for an
alias for their user id.  It is possible they have mail forwarding to
another account, and it is going badly wrong.
