Well, no.  He hasn't embarrased himself - it just shows the lack of humour
on the list if anything.  Depending on the ISP in the UK hosting the site,
I'd advise calling them directly [as in, telephone].

It's a nice generalisation to say that European ISPs are laks with
spammers, but from my experience most UK ISPs generally boot anybody who
has been spamming.

It's also possibly worth noting that the UK CMA (Computer Misuse Act) is
so crap it can be interpreted that things like 'pinging' are in breach of
the act...  Anyway, its 3am, I'm off to bed.
