It breaks PASV badly.  This means people who use clients such as CuteFTP
in Windows will not be able to upload files.  Unless Cobalt have fixed
this for their version.

That explains a few things. I was able to do easly FTP with CuteFTP as admin
before this update no it hangs all the time with admin.

As soon as I use the actual Adminuser for that site it runs faster than
ever. I could not work it out but now tou mention it I have noticed that.
