Is there a tested proceedure for installing ipchains on a RaQ4?

I assume the current Cobalt kernel version does not yet support ipchains (2.2.14 -> 2.2.15 seems to be required, but that looks scary (not the least through possible loss of service / guarantee)).

Is the recommended route to use ipfwadm?
