[cobalt-security] Psionic Checklog Permission Settings

Hello - 

We wanted to find out if it is Ok on the Qubes or Raqs to set all of
our log files to the following permissions as per directions in the Psionic
Logcheck 1.1.1 Install file :

chown root.wheel /var/log/messages
chmod 600 /var/log/messages

We would be making these changes for all the log files in /var/log, which
are currently set at this :

-rw-r--r--	root	root	cron
-rw-r--r--	root	root	dmesg
-rw-r--r--	root	root	lastlog
-rw-------	root	root	maillog
-rw-r--r--	root	root	samba
-rw-------	root	root	secure
-rw-r--r--	root	root	sendmail.st
-rw-------	root	root	spooler
-rw-r--r--	root	root	wtmp
-rw-------	root	root	xferlog

Would we be breaking or interferring with any Cobalt specific settings
if we did?
