[cobalt-security] Added MailinglistFix.tgz to cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net

Hi everyone,

I've just uploaded the above mentioned script to cobalt-aid.
What it does is generally creating a working configuration file for
mailinglists where these for some reason have been set to zero bytes.

I have seen this problem a couple of times, but I'm not sure why it
happens and how widespread it may be.
