Has anyone try doing a nmap port scanning to the Cobalt Raq4 server. I try
nmapping my own Raq4 server from a Linux box and get no response from the
nmap program and the server hang as well until I stop the nmap process on
my workstation.
If I install nmap on the Raq4 server, I can do a nmap localhost wihtout a
hitch. But when nmap is run from other Linux machine, the Raq4 will
temporarily hang. I can't access the server web admin site, virtual site,
ssh, ftp, telnet, everything is down until I press Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Z on the
Linux workstation.
Please, anyone, help...this is a big secuirty issue if some hacker simply
run nmap non stop on the server.
