linux inc RH and CobaltOS has a facility to set passwords to expiry after a
period of time e.g in linuxconf you get...
Password management
Last password change 2000/07/28
Must keep # days Ignored
Must change after # days
Warn # days before expiration Ignored
Account expire after # days Ignored
Expiration date (yyyy/mm/dd)
i have to admit that i haven't used this from a command prompt so i'm not
sure which config files need to be edited but i reckon it can be done.
