While there are certainly good places to write about netiquette, the
people breaking netiquette on this (and other) lists, are probably not
reading them.

Good netiquette has always allowed explaining list-netiquette to those
who break it.  While in the past it's been considered in good taste to
do it offlist, I belive (yes, it's my own opinion) that it's good to
explain it onlist once in a while, especially when the rules are broken
by many posters.
