Hi Peter.
Unless you want to pay a $475 license fee per server to SSH
Inc., you shouldn't use SSH 2.4.0. Here is one location
where you can download OpenSSH RPMs for the RaQ (and to make
your .pkg from):
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/rpm/
Or if you prefer to compile from source:
ftp://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/OpenSSH/portable/
