+Maybe the list is on a hacked RaQ?
+Maybe too much top-posting?

No shit.
Connected to ftp.cobalt.com.
220 ProFTPD 1.2.0 Server (ProFTPD) [ftp.cobalt.com]

Current RPM patched version is
220 ProFTPD 1.2.0rc3 Server (ProFTPD)

Guess we better look twice at any files we download off that server.

I sent out over 6+ emails to the list this morning and it looks like
only half of them have made it through.

The security list has not had a post since 8:00AM this morning.
But then again the list frequently dies and no one seems to notice.
A few weeks ago it was down for over 24 hours and seemed to come back
a few hours after I emailed the Cobalt Webmaster Jared.
