This patch upgrades the version of bind used by DNS to 8.2.3. This version
of bind contains various security fixes for security holes that were found
in BIND-8.2.2_P5.
NOTE: Previous versions would install even if the user didn't have the OS
update 4.0 installed. This fixes that problem.
You may need to restart the DNS service under the control panel after
installing this patch.

However when you install this patch you get an error which causes the *.pkg
file to abort installation. I advice you not to install this patch. Cobalt
is notified and working on it.
