Hello,
There are two ways dealing with this problem:
I can ask you to ignore them, or redirect them to /dev/null in
webalizer.conf.
This is just webalizer telling you that it is truncating an oversized
request field.
An oversized request might be:
http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py?BFCat=&Pyt=Tmap&newFL=Use+Address+Below&add
r=SJC&csz=&country=us&Get%A0Map=Get+Map
Oversized request fields just means that the query/resource was really long.
So nothing to become paranoid about.

When you do the redirect to /dev/null you will receive no error messages at
all anymore. So when something really goes wrong with webalizer no alerts
will be send because they are routed to /dev/null. My advice will be just
ignore this error but let webalizer generate them just to be sure and ignore
them.

Regards,

Robbert
