Before you put up the money for NetScan, make sure you look at Sam Spade for Windows (available at http://www.samspade.org/ ).

I used to buy and stay up to date with the NetScan software, then I started using Sam Spade.  For my purposes, Sam Spade is better software, and it is absolutely free.
