Many companies have bad auto-responders.
Take EasySpace - a huge company.
One of my clients set up an auto-responder. Of course their system emailed
him automatically about 5 times for each of his domains that needed
renewing. His auto-responder replied. EasySpace then sent two back, one with
a ticket, the other with an FAQ. Those two got an auto-responder each.. Over
24 hours... well... 72,000 messages built up.
Even the biggest of companies can have this sort of bad configuration...
