Hi
My raq4 keeps saying that /etc/inetd.conf is locked and wont restart any
services. I checked and there are a number of inetd.conf variations. One is
called inetd.conf.naster and has the following lines in it.
shell stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.rshd
login stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.rlogind
talk dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.talkd
ntalk dgram udp wait root /usr/sbin/tcpd in.ntalkd
gds_db stream tcp nowait.30000 root
/usr/local/sbin/gds_inet_server gds_inet_server # InterBase Database Remote
Se$
Have i been hacked? If not does anyone have any idea why my /etc/inetd.conf
is locked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again
Paul
