That was someone trying to hack a Microsoft Internet Information Server
with a recent exploit, the Cobalts do not run IIS and are therefore not
affected. So yes, it was a hack attempt, no, it does not affect you.
Besides, checking the web logs is not a very useful way of finding out
whether you have been hacked or not.
