   New Sun Cobalt support resources are now available:

   On July 13, 2001, Sun Cobalt launched a new support model for Sun Cobalt
   products.  The offering is based on a Web-centric model which
   provides a dynamic, sophisticated Knowledge Base and Sun Cobalt SupportForum.
   The Knowledge Base enables instant access to the same data used by support
   technicians for assistance with troubleshooting, general product
   use and configuration.  The Sun Cobalt SupportForum is a Sun Cobalt moderated 
   community of users which allows for online submission of questions for
   successful product use, tips, and system support.  Exisitng User Groups will
   continue to offer email-based developer, security, and product discussion
   from the user community.  In addition to these online support offerings, Sun
   Cobalt offers pay-per-incident phone support. Web-based support is available
   at no charge, 24/7.
