Re: [cobalt-security] 4.0.1 - 9925

I haven't loaded these patches yet, I will be doing so today. I have a
RaQ3. It is my understanding that Cobalt went against their "VERY strong
point" this time and reversed the patches. I believe 10260.pkg should be
loaded before 9925.pkg. If someone could confirm this for us it would be
greatly appreciated. Also, I know someone answered this question already,
however, I am in the middle of a serious senior moment....do either of these
patches require a reboot?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Sorry, I was having a real bad day and . . . .

Anyway, I have a RaQ3i and yes I checked the archives. I have faithfully
loaded EVERY patch that Cobalt has produced (sometimes I wait a week to
see if the update crashes any boxes - ;^) ). I tried to load it by
putting the 4.0.1-9925.pkg in the /home/packages directory and it still
refuses to load. Also I have a concern that if I did mess up and not
load a package when it should have been that it may cause problems being
loaded out of order. (Cobalt seems to be VERY strong on that point).

Thanks for any help with this,

Martin
