Is there a way that you can un-encrypt the passwords on your end? (I 
know, this seems like a stupid question, if you could you probably 
would have already, but it doesn't hurt to ask.)
While moving everyone over, it would be well worth your time to take 
a look at the Shell Tools, which are on your RaQ4 if you've got all 
of the updates/patches installed. You'll find them in 
/usr/sbin/cobalt/
Use a little script to parse a text file with all of your sites/user 
information and send it to these scripts - they will automagically 
show up in the GUI.
