[cobalt-security] CGI-BIN does not display in ftp? Weird security?

Hello people,

We're continuing our new life as a RaQ4r hosting company and so far have
been able to over come MOST weird problem. However this one has been bugging
me for days now.  We have 4 clients that have dedicated cgi-bin directorys,
since we have kept their directory structure from the old machine.  However
for some reason we can not do a directory listing of the cgi-bin directory
in an FTP client.  The ownership and permissions look correct, so I'm
wondering if this is an undocumented "security" feature of Cobalt's.

Any answers, no matter how vague may be helpful...
