Well, I hate to beg to differ, but when it's spewing out messages along
the lines of "internal error, please report bugs to gcc@xxxxxxx", that's
broken in my book.
I know there have been issues with the 2.96 GCC compiler included in
RedHat 7.0 when compiling the kernel, for which you were expected to use
'kgcc', but I was under the impression that kgcc had been retired from 7.1
