I Should've started with Unix, but got sucked into M$'s nifty development
tools.  Now that I'm on Linux and see the power of PHP, ASP just seem like a
waste of time.

At the telnet command prompt, type in

ps ax

The resulting output is a process list

To find out more type

man ps

To find out more, buy a O'Reilly book on Unix
