Give this a try.  

In the Apache httpd.conf file, there is a ServerName directive in both
the root configuration section, and in the VirtualHost section for the
same server.  Comment out the ServerName directive in the root config
section.

If that doesn't make sense, do a search on ServerName, you'll only come
across one that is NOT inside of a VirtualHost tag set.  Comment that
one out, then stop and start Apache.

Not sure it will fix it, but I think it will.
