For some reason RaQ3's start portmapper and RPC on boot-up,
which causes all those error messages.
The RaQ3 and the RaQ4 boot-up sequences are very similar.
But the RaQ4 does not attempt to start portmapper and RPC.
I have tried to find the difference, but no luck, or not enough time.
Nut in the meantime it is nothing to worry about, as the procedure fails,
thus RPC and portmapper are not running.
