[cobalt-security] Locked out of RAQ4

Dear All

Whilst setting up a site yesterday using the browser interface on a RAQ4 it
began to time out. The co-location company had to  re-boot the machine
(£70.00!!!) The websites are back up and running but we can not get to the
server using SSH or FTP or through the browser. The browser will no longer
accept our password for administration. FTP just sits there doing nothing
and SSH (putty) starts, we get the prompt then just closes. We run
portsentry so I was wondering whether when the machine fell over it decided
to add us to the host.deny. Telnet is switched off and I whilst I can't get
through on the browser I can't switch it back on. Does re-booting the server
reset the admin passwords?
Help I'm locked out of our box... and I don't know what to do...
