Title: Security Question

We are currently running our network of approximately 50 users in a hospital/university setting on a Cobalt Qube 2 system.  Some security issues that have been causing some problems are the following:

• Cannot access the administrator function off site.
• When emailing remotely from another site sometimes encounter problems getting mail to go through outside the network.
• Are there any other security software solutions that can be added to Qube 2

Any insight anyone could give on how best to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.
