It sounds like you're saying that Sun/Cobalt engineers should study your
box and tell you what needs to be fixed. Why?
Have you installed all the updates? Do you have anything non-Sun/Cobalt
installed on your box?
In other words why should they do it for you and not for anyone else?
Why should their engineers work for free?
