Unfortunately this is the list I normally use, and if I try to install that
kernel patch, I get an error saying that it's not suitable for a machine
running staqware.

Try http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/index.html and select the product
you've need the patch for. For the RaQ4 based Staqware there is a recent
kernel patch available. Haven't checked for the RaQ3 based.
