To me, it looks like the service checker is doing its checks. Every 5(?)
minutes a cron job is started which checks that services are available,
and the fact that it's from localhost and that it's at 7:45 (a multiple of
5 minutes) suggests that's all it is. There's been discussion on this in
the past - check the list archives.
Other than that, it's a local user connecting to sendmail, but not doing
anything productive.
