I assume that Cobalt does not want to tackle with the Apache 1.3.6 on the
RaQ3s as an upgrade of Apache can contain a few uncertainities.
However, I can install Apache 1.3.20 with PHP-4.1.0 (with ZEND Optimizer +
all gimicks enabled) and MySQL on a RaQ3. I use the same setup on my own RaQ3.
