IMHO, Michael has every right to charge for his services. If it is something you are unable to accomplish without assistance, then you would most likely have to pay someone to help. The advice and knowledge given freely on this list is great and appreciated, but shouldn't be expected for every incident. I haven't met a person yet that can make a living and feed their family by giving away their services all of the time. It seemed to me that he will merely offering an alternative.
