Re: [cobalt-security] Questions about redirecting start directory

Don't you mean httpd.conf? And the question should go to cobalt-users.

I apologize if this is 100% clear, but I shall do my best. I have a user
who wishes to change which directory is called when someone goes to their
sight. Normally if you goto www.mydomain.com it starts in /web. The user
would like to have it so if someone goes to www.mydomain.com it starts in
/web/newpage. I have done similar things on my Red Hat servers using
virtual hosting setups in the httpd.conf file. I don't think that is a
solution for this problem. Any input is appreciated.

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve??
If the client does not /web then change the DocumentRoot in sendmail.conf.
