SV: [cobalt-security] no longer need password

Thanks for your good help Michael, as always here in this user lists.

I will try to explain the server behaviour a little more specific.

The sites where installed via immigration tool provided at cobalt.com, and
some sites did get one site number higher than earlier. And I use webalizer
.pkg from Taco and stats files are stored at web/stats.

But that does not explain why custom directories password stopped working on
some sites, and is not possible to fix or type new ones. The method used was
not group, but individual users made for the different protections. One of
the webmasters that did have such protection have tried several times to
make new ones but the server don?t react at all and is letting people in
like there was no .htaccess file located there.

But then on a few sites there is business as nothing wrong, and the same
metod .htacess files works fine.
