That's good to know; the North Carolina office told me on the phone on
Thursday that tech support was in So. Africa and the only way to reach
it was via a chat forum on the web. I still believe I'll be selling the
GeoTrust certs. I'm certainly going to try one myself. GeoTrust's
latest cert's do not require a "step" or "root" cert for the server as
the old ones did.
