You see, the OpenSSL on the RaQ's is indeed somewhat outdated. Furthermore
the openssl-devel package is missing on the RaQs, which you need if you want
to compile software which requires the OpenSSL sources and/or header files.

It's the best approach to compile a recent OpenSSL from sources and then you
can compile Net::SSLeay. I did that a couple of times on RaQ3's and RaQ4's
and it never raised any issues with other software.
