Just to givde you insight into the terrible attitude Sun has about their
RaQ customers.....a highly placed technical employee at sun, who moved
over from Cobalt and is still at Sun responded to a rather long wish list
I sent in behalf of many RAQ owners with an email that there would be a
final "fix" of the RaQ3 software since it was going to be taken out of
production.

Did this fix ever come out? Not that I can tell.  Did the above referenced
employee ever respond to emails about the fix?  Nope.  Did that employee
ever respond to subsequent emails about the RaQ4. Nope.

Do I have a bad feeling that the RaQ4 will be relegated to the same "Throw
Away" status?  Yes.

Do I wear my Maytag uniform when I log onto my RaQ? Yes.  Does it make it
work better? No.
