The best way is probably to not use majordomo; per the majordomo
instruction pages at "http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/", you really
have to be root to do a lot of this stuff; majordomo was NOT designed
for list-owners to do the things you cannot do through the list.config
file.
You might be able to get somewhere with majorcool.
